Hyderabad: The Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST) 2025 admissions process conducted for admissions in the first year of government and private degree colleges in the state ended on Saturday. Out of 4,36,947 seats available in a total of 957 government and private degree colleges in the state, 1,43,037 people joined in them.

Hyderabad:The Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST) 2025 admissions process conducted for admissions in the first year of government and private degree colleges in the stateendedon Saturday. Out of 4,36,947 seats available in a total of 957 government and private degree colleges in the state, 1,43,037 people joined in them. Not a single admission was made in 63 private degree colleges. Not a single admission was made in a government degree college in Satavahana University. Seats were allotted in three installments for admissions in the first year of the degree. The deadline given to students who got seats in the second and third installments to join the respective colleges ended on Saturday (July 5).

With this, the admission process for the first year of the degree in the year 2025-26 has been completed. In the first phaseSeats allocated to 65,000 peopleAbout 43,000 of them self-reported incolleges . In the second phase, 43,000 seats were allotted, while in the third phase, 85,680 students were allotted seats. While the students who got seats had to self-report by June 30, it was slightly extended to July 5. It ended on Saturday. The third phase of Dost seat allocation was released on June 28. 82,770 people registered as part of the third phase of Dost registration. 96,015 people were given web options in the third phase. Of those who gave web options, 85,680 seats were allotted. 10,335 people were not allotted seats in the first phase due to less options. Those who got seats in the second and third phases were given Rs.500 and Rs. The deadline to join the respective colleges by paying a fee of Rs 1000 was extended till Saturday (July 5), but the deadline has now passed. Out of 1,95,397 seats available in Osmania University, 67,157 people have joined. Out of 1,07,080 seats available in Kakatiya University, 33,289 people have joined. Out of 38,220 seats available in Satavahana University, 14,022 people have joined.


Palamuru University has 34,220 seats, of which 10,638 people have joined. Telangana University has 33,110 seats, of which 9,959 people have joined. Mahatma Gandhi
University has 26,660 seats, of which 6,589 people have joined. Veeranari Chakali Ailamma Women's University has 1,850 seats, of which 1,255 people have joined.
