The traffic police in Hyderabadhavefound that some drivers of buses, vans and autos were drinking alcohol in the morning. This is becoming a big threat to public safety. Till now, drunk and drivecheckswere carried out only at night. But, the traffic department has decided to take action against those who drive vehicles after drinking alcohol in the morning. Traffic Joint CP Joel Davis said that the checks will be carried out without disrupting traffic. He personally participated in this special check conducted at Mint Compound.

Even school bus drivers are drinking!

Davis said that 35 school bus drivers were caught drinking alcohol during inspections conducted in June. He said this is a matter of serious concern to the public. Officials expressed outrage at the fact that bus drivers who are taking children to school are drinking alcohol. He said this is completely irresponsible.

Strict action will be taken if miners drive vehicles

Along with drunk driving, the authorities have also paid special attention to driving by minors. They said that 4,500 cases have been registered so far. Joel Davis said that a report has been sent to the RTO officials for the cancellation of the registration of 2,800 vehicles. He warned that if minors drive vehicles, they will not be given licenses until they are 25 years old. The authorities believe that these measures will improve traffic safety in the city and save people's lives. It is time for everyone to realize that driving is a responsibility.
