Elections: EC orders collectors on conducting Panchayat elections

Hyderabad: The rush for local bodyelectionshas begunin the state (Telangana State) . Since there have been noSarpanchsin the villages for the past year , the administration of the villages is being continued by special officers. In this context, the aspirants are eagerly waiting to see when the Panchayat elections will be held. In this context, the state government is planning to hold the MPTC elections first. The government has also given instructions to the officials to this extent. Since the Sarpanch elections are to be held after the MPTC elections, the officials are moving forward in this manner.
