Bail granted to three accused

Vijayawada: The High Court has granted bail to Bolebaba Dairy directors Pomil Jain (A3), Vipin Jain (A4) and Vaishnavi Dairy CEO Apoorva Vinay Kant Chavada (A5) in the case of supplying fake ghee to TTD. The court has made it clear to the petitioners that they will cooperate with the investigation and appear for questioning when requested by the investigating officer. All three are in judicial custody in the case of supplying fake ghee to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD).Petitions were filed in the High Court seeking bail in this regard and the arguments were recently concluded. The judge reserved the verdict. Orders were issued today granting bail to the petitioners. After granting bail to the accused in the case of adulterated ghee used for making Tirumala Srivari laddu, Judge Justice K Srini Vas Reddy made interesting comments.

Srinivas Reddy responded on the bench to this troll. I have been being trolled on social media for the last two days. He commented that it is a sorry state of affairs. Now, Justice Srinivas Reddy commented that the bail orders for the accused in the adulterated ghee case will also be useful for the trolls. Also, former YSRCP MLA Kakani Govardhan Reddy(Kakani Govardhan Reddy)The judge adjourned the bail cases of Topudurthi Prakash Reddy to next Tuesday. Justice Srinivas Reddy also suggested that all the bail cases before him be heard by a different bench next week.
