CM to seek clarity on Polavaram-Bana Kachar

During this visit, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is likely to meet the Union Minister for Water Resources. There will be lengthy discussions on key water projects such as the Polavaram project and the Banakacherla pipeline. In the wake of Telangana's recent objections to these projects, it is reported that a comprehensive report on them and the benefits to Andhra Pradesh from the projects will be explained.

First visit of the third term towards the development of the state

This is Chandrababu's first visit to Delhi after coming to power. Apart from maintaining close ties with the Centre, he is taking the initiative to bring the necessary support to the state. Issues like approval of projects, release of funds, metro, road-rail connectivity are also likely to come up for discussion.
